About the Artist

For readers familiar with the Fifteen Minutes of Fame platform, myah is going to be a familiar name. For anyone reading this new to the platform, I am privileged to be introducing you to a spectacular independent artist.

Based out of LA, myah is an alt pop recording artist, a director, producer, actress, and more, just to name a few of her attributes.

Our first coverage of myah was for the award winning music video she released for her song, the lobby. This music video is special for a number of reasons and it is clear that myah is, not only talented herself, but has a circle of talented artists that she works with.

Earlier this year, myah released her first multi-track recording project, an 8-song EP titled, IS THIS WHAT I SEE?

This summer, myah announced the release of her debut album, and did so by releasing 3 new music videos. We did a blind reaction for the epic music video for dodging bullets.

Then, the exciting moment finally came for the release of i don’t know what i’m feeling, the energetic 17-song debut LP.

Along with the press kit for her album, myah informed me of a new music video that would be releasing with the debut. The album’s opener, dissolve, would be accompanied with a music video she described as “the best video she’s made to date.”

I was immediately eager to see it.

About the Music Video

dissolve is horror. It is dark comedy. It is sci-fi. It is clever in many, many ways. Pulling inspiration from such films like Groundhog Day or Happy Death Day, myah finds herself trapped in a moment she can’t get out of until she ultimately realizes the path she’s on is a deadly one. You don’t want to miss this epic. It truly may be her best video to date.
