Nice classic indie rock sound on “You Got Ornery” by the Popravinas. The vocal reminds me a bit of Beat Happening. Listen to the way they sing “coast” and “toast” on this track — almost a Delco accent! I’ve liked this band ever since Jeffrey Brower mentioned them in passing a number of years back. Also, speaking of Jeffrey Brower, his daughters Alix and Deary have a band called, appropriately enough, the Brower Sisters, who are definitely worth checking out as well!
